1. WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU DELIVER TO?
We deliver throughout mainland France and Corsica, as well as internationally.
2. WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY METHODS AND RATES?

Standard home delivery is offered For all orders, your package is delivered within 2 to 5 working days from the validation of your order and payment.
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday excluding public holidays by our carriers.
3. CAN I DELAY SHIPPING MY PACKAGE?
It is not possible to postpone the shipment of the package. However, in the event of a delivery, please contact our customer service.
4. I entered the wrong delivery address, how do I change it?
If the delivery address indicated when you placed your order contains an error or requires clarification, please contact our customer service as soon as possible by telephone at 01 76 40 35 94 or via the contact form from Monday to Friday 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. & Saturday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. excluding public holidays.
ORDERS
1. How do I track my package?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from the carrier with a link allowing you to track the delivery of your package on the carrier's website.
2. How do I modify or cancel my current order?
For technical reasons, we are unable to modify, cancel, or exchange an order placed on the site. If the products ordered do not suit you, we invite you to follow our free return procedure described on this page within 14 days from the day after you received them.

The suitcases are shipped quickly to your home or to your relay point free of charge within 24/72 hours via GLS or DHL.

PAYMENT IN 3 OR 4 INSTALLMENTS
With Alma, pay in 3 or 4 installments with no fees! Select Alma and spread the payment of your order over 3 months, paying a third of the total amount each month, interest-free.
