1. Delivery

1.1 Delivery Areas

Pierre Cardin Eshop delivers only to mainland France. Deliveries to the French overseas territories are not currently available.

1.2 Delivery Methods

Pierre Cardin Eshop offers the following delivery methods:

  • Colissimo delivery (2 working days)
  • GLS delivery (2 working days)

1.3 Delivery Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and the total weight of the items ordered. These costs are indicated during the ordering process and are added to the total order amount.

1.4 Delivery Times

Delivery times are indicated ex-Pierre Cardin Eshop warehouses. Although efforts are made to meet these deadlines, they are given as an indication and do not constitute a firm commitment. Pierre Cardin Eshop declines all responsibility in the event of delays beyond its control.

1.5 Delivery Tracking

Delivery tracking is available for orders. Customers can track the status of their delivery using the tracking information provided by the carrier.

2. Returns

2.1 Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Community Directive 2011/83/EU, the customer has the right to cancel his order within 14 calendar days of receipt of the products, without having to provide reasons or pay penalties.

2.2 Return Procedure

When returning an item, the customer must follow the procedure indicated on the sales invoice and on the website. Products can be returned within 14 working days, and the return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Products must be returned to the address specified by Pierre Cardin Eshop.

2.3 Reimbursement

Pierre Cardin Eshop undertakes to refund the price of the products as well as any delivery costs, by crediting the payment method used for the initial order, within a maximum of 14 working days from receipt of the return.

2.4 Product Warranty

Pierre Cardin products are guaranteed against all manufacturing defects for a period of two years from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects specified in the warranty conditions and does not apply to damage resulting from improper use, lack of maintenance, incidents, accidents, or extreme conditions of use.

In the event of a return due to non-conformity or a manufacturing defect, Pierre Cardin Eshop will cover the return costs.
