In order to place an order on the website, it is mandatory to create a customer account. It is possible to create a customer account freely and free of charge via the "Create an account" page. Creating a customer account is done by providing mandatory personal data.

Delivery terms

We only deliver to mainland France. Delivery will be made to the address you selected during the ordering process. Delivery times depend on the delivery method you choose; the delivery time is indicated on the delivery selection page. Delivery times indicated are for informational purposes only and are estimates; we do our best to meet them.

The products are delivered to the delivery address that the Customer indicated during the ordering process. The delivery of the package is made to the address indicated by the Customer when ordering. If the Customer is absent at the time of the delivery, a notice of availability of the package is left in his mailbox. If several products are ordered, we reserve the right to split the deliveries. However, the Customer will only bear the costs of a single shipment.

The Customer can choose from the following delivery methods:

- GLS delivery (2 working days)

For technical reasons, PIERRE CARDIN is unable to ship parcels to the French overseas departments and territories. Shipping costs depend on the destination and the total weight of the items ordered. For deliveries outside the European Union, customs fees may apply and are the customer's responsibility (products are invoiced excluding taxes).
